• Before the call: you share your project furniture list, any existing finishes that must be accommodated, and inspiration images.
• During the call: the designer walks through your selections — piece by piece, surface by surface — confirming compatibility, flagging clashes, suggesting alternatives.
• After the call: a Finish Schedule PDF documenting every approved finish by item, manufacturer, and SKU, and a digital Finish Board — a visual reference showing how the selections relate to each other.
