WHAT CAN I RETURN?

Any product purchased from our store may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

    ✓ It is unused and in the same condition you received it
    ✓ It is in the original packaging
    ✓ All tags, stickers, and accessories are intact
    ✓ You have a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase


WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Certain items are final and cannot be sent back:

    ✗ Gift cards and store credit vouchers
    ✗ Digital products (software, downloads, licenses)
    ✗ Custom-made or personalized merchandise
    ✗ Anything marked "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "Non-Returnable"
    ✗ Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the buyer
    ✗ Perishable goods


HOW DO I START A RETURN?

It's a four-step process:

    │  We will review your request and issue     │
    │  a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  │
    │  number. Packages without an RMA will not  │
    │  be accepted.                              │

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

We always recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.


REFUND DETAILS

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
    • Refunds go back to the same payment method used at checkout
    • Processing time: 3–5 business days for inspection + 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
    • If your original payment method is expired or closed, contact us to arrange an alternative

Haven't received your refund after 15 business days?

    1. Review your bank or card statement carefully
    2. Contact your financial institution — posting delays happen
    3. Still nothing? Email or call us and we will trace the transaction


EXCHANGES

We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Want a different item instead? Return the original for a refund and place a new order separately.


WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Ordered a blue widget and received a red one? We're sorry about that. Reach out within 48 hours and we'll:

    1. Ship the correct item immediately at no cost to you
    2. Provide a prepaid label so you can return the wrong item
    3. Issue a refund for any price difference, if applicable


CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not entered the shipping process. Contact us as soon as possible. If the package has already shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow the standard return procedure.


PROMOTIONAL AND SALE ITEMS

Items bought during sales or with discount codes follow the same return rules as full-price merchandise. Your refund reflects the amount you actually paid after all discounts.
