▸ WHO DO YOU SHIP TO?

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are exploring options to add it in the future.


▸ HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?

We need 1–3 business days to prepare your order before it ships. This does not include weekends or federal holidays. During busy periods — seasonal sales, product launches, holiday rushes — processing may take up to 2 additional business days.

You will hear from us twice by email: once when your order is confirmed, and again when it ships with your tracking link.


▸ WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

The clock starts when your package leaves our facility — not when you place the order.


▸ IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Any order of $75.00 or above ships free via Standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states. The discount applies automatically in your cart.


▸ HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Carriers typically update tracking within 24–48 hours of pickup. If nothing appears at first, give it a day — the information is on its way.


▸ WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We rotate between USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on package size, weight, destination, and the shipping speed you choose. You don't need to pick a carrier — we'll match the best one for your order.


▸ WHAT ABOUT MY ADDRESS?

Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We ship to exactly what you enter and cannot redirect packages once they leave our facility. If you catch an error before we ship, contact us right away and we'll fix it if we can.


▸ CAN YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES?

Yes — we can reach P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Note that faster shipping methods (Expedited, Express) are typically unavailable for these destinations.


▸ MY PACKAGE IS LOST — WHAT DO I DO?

If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have the package, here's what we suggest:
1. Check with neighbors or anyone else at your address.
2. Look around porches, side doors, or mailrooms.
3. Wait one additional business day — sometimes scans are premature.

Still nothing? Email or call us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll launch a carrier investigation on your behalf.


▸ WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please don't throw anything away. Keep the box, packing materials, and the item itself, then contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage (item and exterior packaging)

We'll use these to file a carrier claim and get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


▸ ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD CAUSE DELAYS?

Occasionally, yes. Severe weather, carrier backlogs, regional emergencies, high-volume holidays, and security inspections can all add transit time. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we'll let you know.
